At havEarly, we strive to provide high-quality tech at unbeatable prices. To maintain our commitment to affordability, we have established the following return guidelines.

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: The item must be in the exact same condition as received—unworn, unused, and undamaged.

  • Originality: All original tags must be attached, and the item must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

 

Note on Restocking Fees: To keep our prices as competitive as possible, we apply a 8% restocking fee on all returns. This fee helps us offset shipping, handling, and inspection costs, allowing us to pass those savings back to our customers.

How to Start a Return

  • Fill in the Return, Warranty and Exchange form.

  • Contact Us: Reach out to our support team at support@havearly.com to initiate your request.

  • Approval: If your return is accepted, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Important: Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

 

Damages and Order Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us at once. We will evaluate the issue and prioritize making it right for you.

Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

Certain items are excluded from our 30-day return policy:

  • Product Categories: Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom/personalized products, and personal care goods (beauty products).

  • Hazardous Materials: We cannot accept returns for flammable liquids, gases, or other hazardous materials.

  • Final Sale: Returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.

  • Services & Extras: Our 30-day policy applies strictly to devices (phones, headphones, computers, etc.). Any bundled accessories, accessory-only purchases, or premium shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

The most efficient way to get a replacement is to return the original item for a refund. Once the return is approved, you can simply place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, the refund (minus the 8% restocking fee) will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Please keep in mind that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the transaction to your account.
