What's covered?​

• Defects in materials or craftsmanship

• Hardware or software malfunctions occurring under normal operating conditions

• Functional failures independent of accidental damage or improper use

• If a covered issue is verified, we will: 

Repair your device at no additional cost, or

Replace it with a comparable havEarly-Certified device should a repair be unfeasible.

• Transit-related damage (DOA) must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a claim.

What's not covered?​

• Accidental Damage: Any damage resulting from external causes, including but not limited to drops, screen cracks, impacts, or exposure to liquids (water, steam, or humidity).

• Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual deterioration through regular use, such as cosmetic scratches, scuffs, dents, or the natural fading of finishes and materials.

• Software & Third-Party Applications: Technical issues, glitches, or system failures caused by third-party software, unauthorized operating system modifications (e.g., jailbreaking), or virus/malware infections.

• Unauthorized Service: Damage resulting from repairs, service, or opening the device performed by anyone other than an authorized service provider.

• Unauthorized Modifications: Any product that has been modified or tampered with, including hardware alterations or broken warranty seals.

• Post-Purchase Additions: Any components, parts, or accessories added to the product after the original date of purchase.

• Misuse & Abuse: Damage caused by improper use, negligence, extreme environmental conditions (temperature/dust), or failure to operate the product in accordance with the user manual and safety guidelines.

• Loss & Theft: This warranty does not cover instances where the product is lost, stolen, or misplaced.

• Force Majeure: Damage caused by natural disasters or "Acts of God," such as fires, floods, lightning strikes, or earthquakes.
