Exactly as described just waiting to go to local carrier's outlet to activate service using this phone to replace an older model. And I own it! How neat is that? It's beautiful, not a mark on it. And if I might add this is the last model that has a slot for a mini SD card to expand the internal memory. I did, research and found this out the other model I was looking at didn't have that extra slot!
